EGRC — East Greenwich Run Club — is a community of runners rooted in the heart of East Greenwich, Rhode Island. We are neighbors, friends, and strangers who became friends because we all decided to lace up and show up.

Whether you're chasing a PR, training for your first 5K, or just looking for an excuse to get outside and move — you belong here. We don't care about your pace. We care about the people and the energy you bring.

Tuesday nights at Twisted Pizza, Thursday mornings at the track, Sunday long runs from The Trap. We celebrate each other's wins, show up in all weather, and always find a reason to stay for one more. That's the club. That's the vibes.
